Oil leak problems

G'day mate,
My 07 BMW X5 E70 3.0d has some oil leak problems. I've checked it with BMW dealer, and this is what they found:
"Found vaccum pump orings to be moust evident oil leak
Slight oil weep from swirl flaps also, but only minor
There wasn't any drips under car"

For the vacuum pump orings oil leak, I've bought a new oring (part no: 11667794767)
For the oil weep from swirl flaps, I've bought this:

Here is a photo that I find vacuum pump oil leak:

I also found that there is a leak in the transmission oil pan:

I'm gonna change the whole oil pan to fix it.

Here is a problem. I found that there is a pretty severe leak on the bottom of the engine room:

Does anyone know where is leaking and how to fix it?
Is it power steering fluid leak?
