Ouch! I’d also want something on paper that they’ve figured it out (though I doubt they’ll “guarantee” that’s 100% the issue) and aren’t just hanging parts... that said, though a bit steep... the OEM cost on the FP is staggering so I’m (almost) ok with the FP job, but the VC... I removed, installed, removed, installed and removed and installed BOTH of my VCs in just a few hours screwing with my timing... so that seems a bit steep.
I mean I know we pay for these guys experience, they earn their living doing things we can’t, don’t want to or have time to do, and I’ll never fault them for that..., but north of 1200 for the VC, seems a bit extra, in my opinion.
