E70 Door with comfort access stuck closed 2009 x5

Hi I had some issues with comfort access not locking the door, this morning it closed, made a grinding sound now i cant open the door, inside or out. Locks open and close fine. Other doors work. Is there an easy way to open the door without pulling the panels? Also can I replace with a non comfort access handle? I cant find any articles, only e53.

See my reply@ bimmerfest. I suspect the door locks work the same as e53 and the problem is the double lock motor.
