Both fobs have stopped working

Hello there!

2011 X5 xdrive 35i

We picked up our car from a shop for rear hatch shocks replacement and successfully used the fob there to open the rear hatch. Somewhere along the drive, however, the fob's button's stopped working for lock/unlock/rear hatch. When I got home, I grabbed the other fob and tried it to the same effect. The key starts the car, the manual key operates the door locks but using the three buttons on the fob do nothing.

I've tried using the buttons at the shark fin above the rear hatch but did not get any success. I checked all the fuses in the rear cargo section and I tried testing the fuses in the front panel but could only swing the block down enough to test about half of them, the fuses closer to the firewall could not be access ed with my tester because it doesn't swing down enough for me to reach.

Could someone tell me what else I can try as well as which fuse operates the diversity antenna? I'd love to know that I'm testing the appropriate fuse.

Thanks for your time!
