Located the sunroof drains and they seem to drain the water correctly along with the rear drains. All other areas of the interior are dry. The bubbling on the surface seems to only be on the threshold part of the area and is only in 3 spots and i'm sure I can address those properly, but if it's not the drains, where is the water coming from? I'm going to spray the passenger side windshield and passenger side fender/door with a water hose and see if I can find a leak that way. Anyone else run into this issue? What a day to find this out.

Left hand drive meaning leak at right front. That can often be from AC condensation backup. I would track down the drain for the evaporator.

What's ambient temperature where you are? Cracked open windows (just enough to vent but let temp get nice and warm) will make it home dry in a couple sessions usually over a couple days.
.summer where I am and 130-140 is typical temp in my black/black car during the day.

Ironically; the best way to remove humidity:
You guessed it: AC. Blower for max air flow is the best thing next to ac or heat. Heat + time + air. You can lift the carpet and run the ac. Check for the normal flood of condensate under the car and then for water dripping out somewhere under the evaporator. A brother had his evaporator drain plug, it filled the blower cage with water until it flooded the motor and killed the commutator.

Check your door drains. Very common for them to clog and then water overflows the door panel into the sill and carpet. Had it happen to our f15 recently. Also had it happen to one of our e30's and our e70. Don't have a pic of e70, but look for something like this (you can see debris in the front drain):
