Modules not responding after ECU tune

Hi all!

Final edit: Figured it out! Kept working on other stuff and had issues coding the injectors through Tool32. Googled the error, found out Windows had reset my COM port latency to 16 (instead of 1). It allows you to connect through all the tools but it causes bad behaviors like this.

EDIT: There is no check engine light when running and it drives, shifts, and parks without any apparent issue.

The Good: Just got my ECU installed with a JR Tune and the X5 cranks and runs after a new valve cover gasket, 6 new injectors, new intake gaskets, swirl flap delete, DPF/SCR/EGR delete, new fuel filter, fluidampr crank pulley, alternator clutch pulley, new belts, new water pump/thermostat, and race pipe.

The Bad: the EKPS - Fuel Pump Control Modules and the VTG - Transfer Box modules are intermittently not responding (mostly not), the SMBF/SMFA -driver/passenger seat modules are not responding, and the CBX-ECALL is not responding.

They worked before maintenance and I don't want to chase down individual problems if there could be a common cause.

Any sage advice appreciated!
