Avin issues.. better android head unit?

Do any of you know if there is any real world difference in some of these head units that have more RAM and ROM or the newest operating system?

I'm considering buying this unit from 4x4 shop since its still on sale, but its running android 11 https://4x4shop.ca/product/best-deal...al-cic-system/


Or does a guy just spend the extra money for the newest version? I wouldn't mind the bigger 12" screen https://4x4shop.ca/product/2010-2013...al-cic-system/


All I really want it to do is function as a wireless Apple CarPlay head unit. I don't need it to be anything crazy or special.
