Ac help - heater control valve ?

Hey guys - I need some help with my ac not working properly. I checked the Freon levels with proper gauges and both high and low temp seem to be fine. The issue I’m having is when I start the car and press ac max the car seems to be cooling fine. But after about a few minutes of staying idle it ends up blowing hot hair from the driver side vent and half of the middle vents and passenger side vents. Essentially not really blowing cold air at all.

I’m not sure what to really diagnose next - should I put it up on inpa ? I can try to run the codes. I’m thinking this could be a heater control valve - I did replace this about 6 months ago but I got the me febi and have had weird issues with that company (had a brand new ignition switch go bad after a few months). Maybe it went bad again ?

Any advice would be appreciated!

If you can get to the heater hose to pinch it off that might give you some clues.
