Headlight lenses replacement
Back in 2010 I had that done on my e46 at a dealer for $500. Buuuut with inflation...not sure what that service costs these days. |

The dealer will price you a new headlight as they don't do that kind of work. It is a lot of work as you have to either put the whole thing in an oven or cut it with a Dremel tool and then remove the pieces, clean and re-install. There are plenty of videos in Youtube if you search.

Dealers dont repair the headlight lense- it will be an all new part
1600-2000 **EACH*** plus 3-4 hours labor ("what with all the programming and calibration that is needed") 3500 to 4600. Dealer pricing. You should ask, just for giggles. PS There is a reason the seller never did it...it is a finicky PITA job. |

Find a local company that does headlight resurfacing. Make sure they clearcoat them when done. Should be around $100-$200

Exactly. There is no need to replace - that is what I've learned.
