Chirping Sound Coming From Front Left Wheel - Does This Look Like Culprit?

Came out the gym and drove off, and immediately sounded like chirping coming from outside.

Rolled downed my window, and though it was the car infront, but the more i drove home - the louder the chirp got. Going up and down on bumps was the wors.
Steering wheel was firm, and no play turning - just driving gave this loud loud chirps

Video below:

Took the wheel off and checked all around, the only thing that had a ton of play was this headlight rod:

Does this look like could cause the loud chirps above, or would my strut cause such noise? Thanks

I’m often wrong, but that linkage doesn’t seem like it would be making that noise. Thought to tell, but could it be your blower fan…god forbid. Was the blower on?
