E70 X5M Crank Case Vent Hose
Mine seem to have plugged up or cracked. Oil is leaking from the valve cover and I can see engine oil swirling inside the air intake. Left side more serious than the right. Local shop is quoting $3300 to replace both hoses plus the valve covers. Do you guys think this is a possible diy for a novice like myself? Cylinder 1-4: https://www.ecstuning.com/b-genuine-...e/11157589989/ Cylinder 5-8: https://www.ecstuning.com/b-genuine-...e/11157589992/ Breather hose: https://www.ecstuning.com/b-genuine-...e/11157595188/ The hoses themselves aren't that expensive. I'm sure most of the cost is in the labor.
