Glow plug relay + glow plugs 2008.3.0 D Msport
I bit confused since some shops offer 5V system some 12V so which one is correct? I guess both. plugs and relay, need to be the same voltage. Also, I the past I have replaced a few glow plugs in. Once I had a problem with Merc ML270 when plug broke. Any horror stories with M57? I guess engine needs to be worm when undoing the plugs? |

If they get stuck, I believe you can use a 7 mm threading die to add a nut that you can use to slide hammer it out.
That might be for injectors

I just buy the BMW parts.... or at least OEM parts that are cross-referenced by the BMW part number, so no need to dig into voltages and whatnot.

Thanks all. Replaced the relay without removing the inlet. Now all is good again

by 'relay' do you mean the module that powers each of the 6 GPs?
Sure is a beatch to get to that module, eh? |
