Video module advice

I expect this is a niche problem, but my TV/Video module has died. Which means the reverse camera is not working, I dont mind the loss of TV but do mind the reverse cam.

I had the reverse camera and tv start dropping out and not they just don’t work, think ive tracked it back to the video module and I’m getting a couple of codes on ISTA:
00A38F VM: receiving system, supply voltage: outside tolerance any
00A398: VM: control unit: internal fault

On looking to get a replacement I’m struggling to find a replacement that isn’t a brand new unit for £2k. Its part number 9196875, its one with 3x ariel inputs. It has a few potential replacements (see Link below from RealOEM) but the only one I can find is 9240644 which has the 3 ariel inputs but doesn’t have the blue & white connectors, just a black one. I assume its retrofittable, I just need the male connector and splice in but I’m nervous about the reverse camera input (the white connector)

There does look like a few on ebay that have the blue and white connector like mine but with only 2 ariel connectors and Realoem suggests they arent backward compatible.

Do you know if 9240644 would do the job and whether it works with the reverse camera or not? If it would almost all work but without the parking camera, how do I get the parking camera to work?
