Help with new winter wheel specs please

Hey guys, I cracked one of my Braelin 5 stars wheels I've been using for winter and have a fairly rapid air leak.

I'm looking at swapping out the rims and using the same tires as they still have enough tread for another winter or two.

I'm looking at purchasing ART Replica 64's in 20x11", 5x120mm, 37 offset and 74.1 hub.

I always seems to get tripped up on the offset and wanted to confirm a couple things with the pros here before ordering.

Looking at "wheelsize.com" it appears the reps I'm looking at are the same size spec as the rears on a staggered 20" factory package :

275/40ZR20 106W
315/35ZR20 110W 10Jx20 ET40
11Jx20 ET37

Any issues with running this wheel size on all four corners with 295/40R20 snow tires?
Will I need to run the 1/2" wheel spacers on the rear like I am currently running with my Braelin 20"s?

Any issues with running an 11" wheel up front?

Thanks for any advice/help!

These are the reps I'm looking at running:
