E70 Top-Rear View Camera Module Location - Where is it?

Hi, I recently bought a 2011 E70, which I'm pretty excited about. The 360 camera view isn't working and was diagnose by my mechanic as needing a new "Control Unit, top rear view". I sourced a second hand module and tried to install it, but I couldn't find the original one. I followed the diagram in this thread

both suggesting it should be in the driver's side foot well. I took the plastic panel off but couldn't find it. Well, I'm in Australia and I have a right hand drive, and the above two instructions are for left hand drive, so I thought it might be in the passenger side foot well. So I took that panel off and had a look, but couldn't find it either.


Does anybody know, where I should expect to find that module?

Maybe you don't have 360 cameras? Does the rear view work?

Thank you for your reply. The rear view and 360 view work intermittently only, which is why I had the mechanic diagnose it. So yes, I presume I have 360 cameras.
