2007 Retrofit Standard seats to LCI comfort?

Hi all, i have searched the forum here and google quite a bit but Im still a little unsure if the following retrofit is possible:

I would like to go from my current standard seats (with S494 - Seat heating driver/passenger) to some LCI comfort seats.

Can i just put them in and "with some coding" they will work? Or do the active headrest, airbags, etc. "overwhelm" my pre-LCI ? Would not want to start running wires to be honest
