35D SCR delete after complete DPF/EGR del
I recently got a tune and full EGR/DPF delete at a local shop hoping to get back to 7.5-8L/100km range. After the tune I still sit at about 10.5L/100km in average so looking a little further. Would deleting the SCR be a good thing to consider as well? Is it a cut and replace with a straight pipe kind of job or requires some coding. For the bad MPG I also replaced my thermostat that wasn't working properly. Next step will most likely by a carbon clean if I can find a shop in my area. Regards |

What tune did you get? Most tunes will delete the SCR too or at least have the option for it. Good thing to delete in my opinion since the system can be very unreliable

Unsure about the tune as it is a local shop that did the delete+tune. He never mentioned the scr though. What are you referring to when you say the system can be unreliable?
