Sunroof visor/cover help

I need to replace the front panoramic sunroof visor/cover (part number 54137199480). The glue has failed and it’s sagging, so it’s time to fix it.

Has anyone done this before?

Do I have to drop the headliner, or is there any way to pull the glass from above and access the visor/cover that way?

I believe you can remove the glass from above (I have to do it but I've been dragging my feet on this one) and do it. It might not match as you'll need to source new material so may be find a local headliner guy and ask for a price?
