Here's how I'd want it -

V-8 Twin Turbo engine or M V-10
6-speed manual transmission or 7-speed SMG
Cross-drilled discs / 8 piston calipers
Quad exhaust system with "real" sound
Genuine BMW aluminum pedals
Genuine carbon fiber interior trim
Built in iPod holder in console
All lights powered by Xenon or LED bulbs
A set of pro tools stored in the rear cargo
I-Drive/Nav system with a Selma Hayek voice track
Color scheme: Jet Black with Caramel interior

BMW should make this standard on all its cars! I'm sure it'll have everyone rushing to the local BMW SAV dealership.

In more realistic sense, just give us a manual transmission with the V8 version, ventilated comfort seats, aluminum as a interior trim choice across the board, 6 CD changer with nav, iDrive only with nav, and a diesel version in the US.

I'm still pulling for a diesel. Wasnt the original plan for BMW to start importing the diesels starting in '07?
