Adjustable Air Suspension in the new X5?

How many times have we heard complaints about the rough and choppy ride in an X5 with Sport Suspension?

My question is, will the new X5 have adjustable suspension such as Comfort and Sport, and will there be a significant difference between the two?

I know with softer suspension comes less handling and I know the primary reason in getting a BMW is the performance handling, but is it too much to ask for both? I want to put it in Sport mode when I am cruising Highway 1 in California, but on trips carting around the wife or grandparents, a softer ride would be a huge bonus. I feel guilty watching 80 year old heads (my grandparent’s) bouncing around like a bobble-head. I especially try and avoid pot-holes when they are in the X5.

If the new X5 does have that and it actually makes a difference, I am sold.
