Tried out the new 3.0si

Girlfriend took too long during an interview down in Beverly Hills so I made my way to the local BMW dealership. I test drove the new 3.0si, actually enjoyed most of it. The interior is definitely a step up from the old ones. The cup holder can actually fit two drinks, not just pretend to fit two drinks. But the best part for me was either the panoramic sunroof or the shifter. I loved the push button start, as well as the push button park. But the 3.0si engine is, for lack of a better word, a pussy. I know they're eliminating the 4.4 altogether, but if that's the case, they needed to add more pop to the engine. The drive was exceptionally smooth, but even when I floored it, the car felt like it wouldn't kick in. Although, when I switched to manual, it felt faster. So, as far as I'm concerned, I still hate the outside of the car. It looks too much like the X3 still. Or, the X3 on the steriods that Barry Bonds had no idea he took.
