I took delivery of a 4.8 with sport and 20's, black saph w black interior. I will post some pictures this weekend. SAV is fast and handles better than all SUV's out there and better than most sedans. The sport package has 2 modes, reg and sport, regular is a little softer and the ride with the 20's is not so harsh. I previously owned an 03 x5 4.4 and the 07 exceeds all expectations i have had after a flawless 3 years with my 03. Highly recommend this SAV. Do not buy this vehicle if you are looking for the 3rd row seat. It is small and can only accomodate small children. Even so, its like sitting in a whole as you cannot see past the second row seating. It's good for car pooling, only for short distances. I have never owned a vehicle with Idrive and i can tell you that it is wonderful. If you take the time to read the manual it is easy to use and is configurable to your needs. Bluetooth and NAv is also excellent. The Nevada leather is also top notch and they did a great job on the interior, 2nd row is huge and seats recline. I do recommend the light poplar wood with the dark interior as the dark wood is to monotone.

So far no problems(500 miles), the engine and tranny are quick, smooth, and shift at the times you would expect with out any hiccups. The sport mode for the tranny revs out gears well, however expect to get about 10 mpg on the streets in this aggressive mode. Highway mpg is about 20 at 65 mph on a flat surface. I have not used the IPOD interface yet as i am enjoying the satellite radio and have not had a need.

The 20" wheels give the vehicle a much differant look. I believe they extended the rear wheel flares(plastic trim) with the 20's. The wheels are so Fat i dont think i can put this in a car wash (problem). I will let you know as i have only handwashed it to date, but it's getting colder in the northeast as we speak.

Please post any questions and i will get you guys some photos in the next day, lots of holiday stuff going on!

Hey Fat,

Really looking forward to those pics. I ordered the same combination and am really wanting to see this!!! I don't take delivery until min Feb. Can you take a pic of the headliner as well. Also, what tires come with the 20's? Can you snap a pic of them as well?

Thanks.
