Question regarding High Beam Assist

Just a quick question,

As with the new 3 series coupe and 5 series, will the E70 come with High beam assist (either standard or as an option)

I couldnt really find any info from BMW about this feature on the E70, though TopGear's review (Tom Ford) mentioned it had it.

So if any one could shed some light on this topic, thanks.

It's definitely optional equipment in the UK.

It's not available in the US or in NA. It should be available as an option elsewhere. I wish we could order a 328i sedan with this option.............

It is amazing to me that expensive cars in the 1950's had a similar, although much simpler, option available. Why can't we get it in NA?

Well, HBA is optional on the 3.0's. Only a extra $300...but...you need Xenons as well (a extra $2110). Another $860 if you want adaptive lights as well...

All are standard (including washers) on the 4.8i....
