Jcreed,

Your car looks great. Can I confirm that you DO have Active Suspension as over in the UK, it is not possible to have Active Suspension with the Sports Pack. (Called the Dynamic Pack over here.)

Don

You can in Scotland, you just need to shell out a further £2300.00!

I'm curious to know how the ride is with the active suspension. I found the X5 with 20" wheels to have a harsh ride on uneven surfaces (the unit I tried didn't have Active Suspension); something I wouldn't want to live with on a day to day basis. I like the idea of active suspension and was wondering whether the suspension only comes one way or is stiffer with the active suspension + sport package.

The ideal for me would be to have a sport mode for the Active Suspension that would make the car ride like a sport pack when the "sport" mode is selected and ride more comfortably with the normal mode selected.

Did you drive a unit with Active Suspension, but without the Sport package? Did you notice a difference in the ride?

How do you operate the intensity level adjustment for the heated and cooled seats? is it through i-drive? the button only seems to be an on/off switch...

Question on the rear climate- Which controls have priority? Do the manual controls still work? Do they make a difference? What about the fan speed?
