xdrive is on a distinguished road
Someone said in another forum that the Xdrive to be used in the X6 will use flex-ray technology. In addition to the availability of the M-model for the X6, this new Xdrive technology seems to further distinguish the X5 and the X6.

The E70 already uses Flexray if you have the dynamic drive option.
