I was looking into this as an option for my 2005 X5 with comfort seats. The problem you run into is that the backs of the comfort seat headrests are so small, you can only get a 5.5 inch monitor in there. Do yourself a favour and get the Invision solution, I did and don't regret it. Pics are on my site and Lawrence @ Invision will do everything in his power to make sure you are satisfied.

The match to the leather is perfect and the dual DVD players are great. You can even feed a video iPod to it.

Very nice ride. I had the sterling grey/truffle combination on my E53 - loved it. Be careful with that radar detector the Holsteins are looking.

Thanks, Blair. I really appreciate the review. And yes I will do everything in my power to make sure the customer is satified, even on the 4th of July!

Where does the RES fold down?

Where does the RES fold down? Does it fold forward over the arm rest or back down near the rear vents when not in use? I'm about to add this option but I am concerned that it isn't worth it and may be in the way.

It folds forward over the arm rest. If you have long arms like me, it doesn't give you enough space for comfort, so I leave it up. You have the option of facing the screen towards the back or the front if you leave it up.
