Is that 35% on just the fronts? or is it 35% over the privacy glass in the rear as well?

I believe that is just 35% over the front windows. The standard privacy glass is already around a 35% tint.

35% tint on every glass except the front windshield which was untouched (he highly suggested not to because of strict NY laws). There was no privacy glass stock on mine. The other side being dark makes certain angles darker. I watched as he put the tint on... having just 1 window tinted, I thought it would be too light but once he was close to finished the whole thing looked darker because the inside was darker.
