Is there a specific way to activate it like pressing iDrive or something when backing up to the hitch?

When your camera is on, you press the iDrive knob, and you select the last option on the list

I wish we had it invisible like that! They have to cut the bumper on the US hitch which leaves a bit of a cutout.

By the way, Thanks for the iDrive info I did that and it works great!

That looks like one weak factory hitch. I'd also be interested in the towing capacity?

I believe that translates to close to 6000 lbs, which is the same as the capacity of the US hitch. It does look as though it's not as strong though.
