How Many days to get VIN # ?

Hi
I ordered my X5 10 days ago. My dealer says he has not received VIN # or any other order# to track my order. How many days it takes to get VIN # from BMW?

I got mine in about a week, if my memory served me right.

Your CA should get the order number first. You can use that to create an Owners' Circle account, and with the toll-free number 800.831.1117 to get status updates. The VIN won't get assigned until later in the process, when your vehicle goes into production.
