stock seats?

I've read many favorable posts about the 20 way ajustable seats and several not so favorable posts about the sport seats but I don't recall reading any opinions about the stock seats. Are they comfortable?

When I took the X5 out for test drives it had the standard seats and I found them ok but firm with the standard adjustability that doesn't allow you to contour the seat to your body. I ended up ordering the comfort seats and they are the most comfortable seats I've ever had. It seems to me that if you spend allot of time in the seat of your car it should be as comfortable as possible.
$1200 to be as comfortable as possible is a no brainer to me.

For $.82 a day over a 4 year period, you too can sponser a set of 20 way comfort seats. For just 82 little pennies per day, your butt will appreciate it. Please, for the price of 1/6 of a tall half skim, half fat, double espresso latte with dash of nutmeg, you can make your life better. Now, I can't make the choice for you. Comfort seats are available. My X5 was deivered this past Monday with them.

Looks like it may only be the Right Hand Drive seats that are delayed. Not entirely surprising given these are made in the US !!
