BlueTooth Passkey? Where?

i'm trying to pair my phone to the car, and my phone is asking for a vehicle passkey, where can i find it?

you try 0000, or 0001, 1234, or 1111?

most bluetooth have a simple pass key like this.

it should come with your owner's manuals.....with the e53, it was on a card located with your bluetooth owner's manual.

Look inside the front cover of your vehicle manual or the phone manual. We had a little sticker with the number key inside the cover....

The passkey is a label on the TCU unit.
You will is a four digit number PK= XXXX, It normally where your GSP or CD changer is.

your passkey should be a set of 4 numbers you choose. when you connect your phone, yourr phone will ask for that same passkey

Yes, there is not a preset passkey...your phone should allow you to create a 4 digit passcode, then you enter that in the Idrive when it asks for it.

This is correct, just pick your own 4 digit code or use 0000.
