Question Switching between PDC and Backup camera

First let me try this... From the posts on this board I can see that there is no way to display both the PDC and Backup camera simultaneously. Does anyone know if there was any IDrive upgrade to allow for this?

If the above is not possible at all I would like to switch back and forth between PDC and backup camera. Does anyone know of a fast way to do that?

No, There is no way to have both the camera and diagram at the same time.
I switched off my camera, becuase a) resolution is bad b) mine keeps malfuncioning c) the diagram is much more useful for me.

There is no "fast" way to switch between the two, unfortunately.

Yes, this would be the perfect setup:
Rear Camera on larger screen and PDC Diagram on smaller screen.

I dont understand why this is not an option.

Is there also no way to change between camera and PDC with the new short keys?
I have heard the front PDC will not work, when the camera is active.
Is this correct?

The touch keys can only be programmed for audio, nav, and bluetooth. I think.
I don't know about the front PDC not working when camera is activated.

But I do know that you can not change radio stations in reverse.

I actually took delivery of my X5 late yesterday. I haven't had much time to play with it, but when my CA walked me though the features, I heard the PDC beeping away when the camera was on.

Do you have a PDC picture for the front PDC (not only beeps) when the camera is enable?

I have a little gnome that jumps out of the hatch when I engage the PDC so there is no need to have the camera and the PDC image on. Great feature and he is so helpful! Good job BMW.

There is no front camera so you wont have PDC picture from the Front PDC. You will only hear beeps when PDC is enabled. The camera is in the back!!!!
