I agree, I am so impressed w/ mine...CONGRATS, very nice!

Took me not much more than a detailed overview from my salesman and some playing around with it myself to learn it rather quickly. Very intuitive and useful. Between the iDrive and the Voice Activation, I barely touch anything else in the car besides the steering wheel, shift lever, and window/roof controls.
yes, I too am confused ath the negative comments about the interior and IDrive...I really like the Idrive and would not want to go back after using it now for 4 months.

Chris, I cant believe you waited till noon to pick it up...looks great.

A guy's gotta sleep sometime..... spent 15 hours the car the night before till 3am. But, actually, I would have gone earlier if the dealership was open sooner, noon was the irst appointment I could get on a Sunday.

Trust me, I tried my arse off to get it before I left. Got the call late Saturday and tried to make it happen for that Sunday, but they didn't have the staff to clean and prep it for Sunday.

I'll also add that I'm very impressed with the ventilated seats. I didn't expect the cooling function to work as well as it does. Great feature.
