Close sometimes, but not enough, IMO.
yes i completely agree, though, they only have 1 e70 displayed here in delhi. there are only 2 bwm dealerships here, for a population of around 12 million people.

the one they have on display is space grey with beige. none of the other cars they have on display; 645i, 750il, 330i, z4, have tobacco leather.

so the closest i can get is by asking generous forum members to post their pics.

cheers,
from delhi

there's definitely some good pics on here of those color combos, I'd just say that the black plastic I thought clashed too much when I saw it in person, where I thought it looked good in the pics. Again though, totally a personal taste...

Go for the Monaco Blue!

Monaco Blue with Tobacco leather is the first color combination I saw at our local dealership here in Stuttgart. It was GORGEOUS!

Space grey is a beautiful color...but practically every other X5 on the road is going to be space grey...or black! Stand out a bit, and choose the Monaco Blue!

As far as interior colors go, we've seen black, beige, gray and tobacco, and an orangish looking color (saddle? terracotta?), and we both agreed that the tobacco (especially in nappa) was definitely our first choice. Unusual for us, because we generally have very different taste...

To the OP, use the search function!!!!

Ok, I did it for you: http://www.x3world.com/x5-e70-forum/...o+Blue+Tobacco

The Tobacco leather always photographs a bit lighter than it really is, as in it's a richer darker color than photos might suggest.

Personally, I really dislike the Tobacco leather. But then all five BMWs that I have owned have had black interiors. Maybe I am just a creature of habit.......or perhaps just a wee bit too conservative! As for Monaco Blue, I was really tempted, but as my last two X5s were both blue, I fancied a change - hence space gray - really pleased with it as a choice.

Ewww...those pics of the tobacco interior are really misleading. As the previous poster stated, the actual color is a deeper, richer, almost chocolate shade.
