i was thinking about: space grey with black interior. or monaco blue with tobacco interior. i have searched the forum and found a few pics but i need some more to decide. could you guys help me out by taking some more photos and posting them here? btw, what would you choose had these been the only 2 options? any help appreciated in advance. thanks ! |

I would choose the Monaco Blue w/Tobacco. It's a combo that's more likely to stand out in a sea of grays and blacks. Gives it kinda an "exotic" flavor.

I was also originally leaning towards Monaco Blue, but having had a Carbon Black (which also has a dark blue tinge to it) car, I gave up on it because of the thought of maintaining it. Swirl marks show up really easily ... infact a Monaco Blue demo X5 that I saw in the showroom back in January already had visible swirl marks on it.
What did I end up with ?!?! ... Space Grey and black. |

I would strongly recommend looking at any color you're considering in person as many times as it takes to decide, including the whole combination (might be hard with the tobacco..). I originally considered the monaco blue but didn't like the way it looked against the black plastic trim/bumpers once I saw it in person. So, I went with the Black Sapphire and I'm glad I did. But it's 100% personal preference, so to me, the most important thing is to see it in person and not rely on pictures, they're never a true reflection of color/contrast. Close sometimes, but not enough, IMO.
