Can Anything be done about the ugly black bumper?

I am really interested in buying the new x5 3.0 but that ugly black trim and bumper really turn me off, is there anything that can be done to make it body color? It really sticks out especially on say an alpine white.

Black X. But I actually like the contrast against the white, don't think I'd like the E70 in all white (painted bumper)... but the black plastic looks fine with black sapphire.

i have an Alpine White X5 and i don't mind it at all.

Here too, I actually don't mind the black bumper at all, I think it's best to leave it black/unpainted because I've seen so many painted color bumper got scratch by either parking or whatever the reason is, it look really ugly, uglier than the black bumper, IMO.
