Unhappy Infrared Headsets not working (Rear entertainment)
Had the iDrive / Navigation software upgraded, now the wireless headsets have stopped working. Replaced batteries etc - no help. Hedsets plugged into the jacks work as does sound throug the main speakers.

Any thoughts?

mine worked before and after update...have you called the dealer?

Called the dealer - they are as puzzled as I. They have called BMW.
