My new X won't start...

I need help...after dinner, we decided to take the kids out for cruising along the coast line for some fresh air. I got in the car and push the start engine button and nothing happen. I took the key out and re-inserted into the slot and started the engine again and still nothing happen. I tried it again 15 minutes later and the engine did not start either. There were a few things that I noticed: first, the braking pedal was locked. Second, there was no brake light when I depressed the brake pedal. And lastly, the hand brake, I could not release it either. Anyone knows what is going on? Anyone has this problem? My car now is stucked inside my garage. Is the battery dead? Is it the starter? Can I use BMW Assist SOS to request to tow to the nearest dealer?
