no its just small-medium parts storage, flashlights tools, firstaid kit, rope etc.
It holds alot of small items though, I have all of the above and more.

Real world 3rd row pictures

Read this thread earlier in the week so took the opportunity to do some experimenting here are the results:

Photo 1: Shows a standard carry-on size bag in the trunk (22x17.5x10 in, 56x45x25 cm). It only just fits this way round - so some carry-ons may have to be on their side.

Photo 3: shows same bag but with tailgate closed. Important here is how the space narrows above the bag.

Photo 4: unrelated - here is a picture of me sitting in the 3rd row. I am 5ft 6in. The 2nd row is as far forward as allowed, and the backrest in its most vertical position. As you can see from the angle of my legs it is not the most comfortable, but it is bearable. Incidentally my shoe size is a uk size 8. That is the biggest shoe you can fit in the space between 2nd and 3rd row.
