V8 diesel in X5?
Does anyone think the V8 diesel now available for the 7 series will make it to the X5? The twin turbo six cylinder diesel seems to be for Europe only. More diesel horsepower would be nice for the rest of the world.

The article actually said August is U.S. production of the 6-cyl TT diesel.

I very much doubt it. It isn't used in any model apart from the 7 series in Europe where there is much more significant demand for disesels. Whatever it makes up for in power it probably loses in weight and thus handling.
