Yes, thats right, but the Pricelist of NL is wrong.
It will not be available in any coutry around the world.
The list of the Netherlands is from June 2007.
BMW changed its mind in July, so you will have to wait.

Unfortunately probably true - but I'm willing to throw in a couple extra for that engine. It's a nice upgrade and you'll feel it everytime you step on the gas. It really depends on exactly how much they raise it - $4k is prob borderline for me... but then again, I could be completely overestimating already.

I agree, and I would not think it would be more than $2-3K more unless they package it with some other add-ons. That said, some people have implied that they think they can buy the X5 with the TT engine for the same money they would currently pay for the 3.0 NA engine, and I just do not see that happening.

The twin turbo version of the diesel 3.0d is going to cost $4000 more than the regular 3.0d here in the UK. That is a good ballpark though obviously the petrol TT engine has two rather than one extra turbocharger. The 3.0d twin turbo also includes uprated brakes and the titanium grill in the $4000

Rumors has it that the twin turbo diesel will not come to Australia as we are a sub-tropical area, the current diesel has been de-tuned by 20nm already for Australia due to heat. England has colder climate so heat does not effect it
