Hey thanks everyone... we are having fun swapping between the cars and enjoying the different styles. The 540 is really growing on me and the wife (who is pretty non-plussed about cars) is 'massively' happy with the E70.

We have an E60 (530d) and an E70 too
 But I am not happy with the E60, so have a 535d on order due in October! I must say, I agree they are just about two of the best cars in their class that money can buy. But I would say that. Of course, if it wasn't for our 3 kids, it makes me wonder what two cars we would have on the driveway instead...
