my dealer managed to get the director's x5 3.0 d and i took it for an hour long drive.
absolutely loved it. no turbo lag and the power is immense.
when i placed the order june 23rd, the dealer said delivery would be in october. now i have heard there is a delay. maybe jan/feb!!!
that is going to be a bloody long wait....
he said he can give me a black exterior with beige interior by october, but i don't want that because it will get dirty real fast.
i'm surprised no diesel version in north america......yet
