MSRP for the car was right at $60K, and i got around $57K with these option PII pkg, trailer hitch and CD changer. PII pkg included the following-

Harman/kardon LOGIC7® system,
Power liftgate,
Auto-dimming mirrors,
Power Steering Column and Memory Seat Function,
Power-folding mirror,
Headlamp washing system,
Bi-Xenon Active Curve-illuminating Headlamps,
Corner-illuminating foglamps
and with the AMG pkg standard I think its a better value
