Like all options, it depends on your geographical region. This is an option on the X5 in the UK.

On the UK configurator, I found an option named Dynamic Cruise Control, but it has the same option code (544) as Cruise Control with braking function so it must be the same option, and not Adaptive CC. Or are you talking about another option?
