Saw this X5 yesterday at my dealer.
Apologies for the foto quality, only had my phone camera with me.
X5, M-sport in black Saphire and 22" Hartge wheels.
Judge yourselve.

How can it have 22's and still have 9" of wheel gap?

Probably 40 or, even 35 series sidewall rubber...
Let me guess: the stlr does an "add on" for those
wheels at list+, ...

Ok to drive if one lived on a very large billard table.

The wheels are hawt, 22x12 on the rear. I agree on the wheel gap, if are going to add bigger wheels with lower profile tread, its got to be lowered or its pointless! But still 22x12 Hartge rim on the rear, sick.
