Stuck on accept screen

I-drive won't let me click past the accept screen anymore.

Voice commands and steering wheel radio changes still work.

I tried starting with both keys. Tried turning car off and on several times but still no luck.

Anyone have this happen. I'm wondering if the idrive controller is dead or if this is a software problem that can be "reset" somehow.

I have had this happen twice... the car seems to need to go into sleep mode for it to then "Wake up"...
