you dont pry it open... just insert a flat head screw driver on the slot and slide the whole thing left or right then pull the light housing... youll figure it out...

I got 3 sets of these, they work great and haven't given a single message - 2 White Error Free LED License Plate Lights BMW Audi VW : eBay Motors (item 170427876120 end time Jun-03-10 06:12:13 PDT) At $15 shipped, they're the best priced ones on this thread. Since I bought three sets, I got him to agree to $40 shipped for all of them.

Are you kidding...I love it. Between random personal and business parts arriving, its like Christmas a few times a week when its finally something for me Besides, I don't really need all the random crap I buy personally, so who cares about waiting if I pay half price or more.

I guess if you look at it that way it's not too bad. I might have to order 2 pairs. one to use and one to spare

$50, and not even shipped?! Why, why , why... Hell, a few more days of waiting for shipping and you could have 3 sets for less than that. It's all the same stuff, really.

I think I bent the metal piece on the right side of the lighting housing! Now when I put the tail lights back in, they both wiggle and seem to fall out with little movement! I fuc##% up! Any advise on how to fix this? I know the dealer would replace it under warranty but it's a waist of time. I was thinking putting electrical tape around the housing to give it a tighter fit!
