Probably best to say that "it's happening" (present tense). I have the front/rear eyelids, shaded taillamps and roof extention. I'm still waiting on my Oct orders. When they come, I get the bonnet and the upper half of the car will be complete. Next will be the kit, exhaust, LED and wheels. Kit and wheels are still being debated in my mind. I can swing left or right witht he kit, or any direction with the wheels, even BMW brand. Things that I'm having trouble deciding on, I'm doing last. But, I have to always wait for my parts (many peices are being customized in Germany) so, I'm in no rush for the Lumma project ... cause I HAVE to be patient and wait.

As far as today is concerned, I'm going back to Vista BMW in Coconut Creek to once again test drive the X6 (V8). Strongly thinking about getting it. Will Hamaan or AC Schnitzer kit it out if I do.

The kit looks mad crazi on da M5 & X6 M, but not so much on the other models.

I like Lumma on just about all the cars (porshe incld), but I don't really like it on the X6. I like Hamaan and AC Sch on the X6. Not saying that Lumma doesn't look good on the X6, i just like Hamaan more (youtube it to hear the acceleration - its STUPID!!). I like AC Sch simplicity on all BMWs, but unless its a wide body kit, it would not be noticed by an "untrained" eye.

Of all the kits for the X5, I just think Lumma does it better ... though G-power parts will certainly FIT better (i have the installation manuals for Lumma and G-Power).
