does anyone know exact Brand and MODEL of tire on 20" OEM wheels?
does anyone know the exact tire, i know it's Dunlop... but which model is on the 4.8 with sport package and 20" tire package??

do you have a link from the manufacturers website and/or tirerack where i can learn more about it?

i don't think that's accurate... i think you are thinking of the previous X5 generation.

oh sure, because the sales people know SO MUCH about these vehicles.... is this a joke? i trust the people on this board much more than a sales person at any bmw dealer.

This is ALL the info from the tires. I had previously written it down...

Dunlop SP Sport MAXX (DSST, RSC, RunOnFlat Technology, Treadwear 240, Traction AA, Temperature A)
Front: 275/40R20 106W
Rear: 315/35R20 110W

Yup thats it!

just as a side, the BMW winter tires and rims package is the same one for all types of X5s with 18" star spoke rims and Dunlop runflat winter tires as well. (sports package, non sports, 18" 19" or 20" all does not matter)

Wow, those are some expensive tires. Almost two grand for a set... I thought the Diamaris were bad. The Run-Flats must be nice tho. Does anyone know how the ride compares between these two tires?

haven't experienced first hand, but run-flats will run more stiffly than a comparable non-run-flat.

...i thought diamaris were one of the best...

Mine came with bridgestones which I believe are superior to the Dunlops. You will be able to get all the details on tirerack.
